- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a continuous member since this CU began as Burroughs Credit Union, with only one location, across the street from Burroughs HQ. I must be one of the longest-standing CU members still alive! Burroughs is long gone, and so am I, living now for 30 years+ in the Washington, DC area. I provide this background because, during all that time, and with several changes of various sorts over the years, it has been an excellent credit union, providing excellent service for every financial need I've had during those decades. I've also been a member of other good credit unions (still am), but Genisys is my go-to CU. I "went to" them today by phone, and as always I had almost no waiting time and got prompt service on a request that needed prompt and intelligent service. Confession: I've seldom used ATMs for Genisys service, so I can't judge that aspect of the CU's performance.
